Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or item is faulty, you may return the product with the original receipt (or bank statement) and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box with included accessories, we will exchange it or offer a refund.

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone.

Separately to the fourteen (14) day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.

If the item is damaged by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, or damaged in an attempt to repair by the customer/third party a refund or exchange will not be applicable.

All refunds under this Policy will be made using the original payment method. For cash purchases refunds will be made in store with cash, For card payments refunds will be issued on the original card used for purchase within three – five (3-5) working days.

As with store purchases, we’re always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.
